      为更好开发利用低品位大鳞片石墨,针对内蒙古某低品位大鳞片石墨矿进行了选矿试验研究。在磨矿介质为棒磨、磨矿浓度60%、-0.15mm含量59.43%、浮选浓度23%、煤油105g/t、2#油55g/t、浮选时间3min的粗选条件下,采用2段粗磨粗选、1段扫选、6段再磨7次精选、合格大鳞片石墨预先分级、中矿返回的闭路流程,获得固定碳含量为90.37%的+0.3mm产品,固定碳含量为90.21%的-0.3+0.15mm产品, +0.15mm产品大鳞片综合保护率为74.36%。

      The study on beneficiation of a graphite ore in Neimenggu to exploit and utilize the fine scales and large flake graphite ore. In the roughing conditions of grinding medium for the steel bar, grinding concentration of 60%, -0.15mm content of 59.43%, flotation concentration of 23%, kerosene dosage 105g/t, 2# oil dosage 55g/t, flotation time of 3min, the +0.3mm concentrate with fixed carbon content of 90.37% and -0.3+0.15mm concentrate with fixed carbon content of 90.21% were obtained by the closed circuit of two rough grinding and flotation, one scavenging, six re-grinding and seven concentration, qualified large flake graphite pre-classification, middles returning.
