      研究矿样中硫化铅矿物为方铅矿、氧化铅矿物为铅矾,铅的氧化率为51.91%,属高含铅矾的氧化 铅矿。铅矾属难浮矿物,铅回收率的提高关键技术就是如何实现难选矿物铅矾的有效回收。本研究开展了摇床 重选、螺旋溜槽重选、单浮选和浮选—遥床重选四种流程的探索对比试验。根据实际情况,确定摇床重选是合 理的选铅工艺流程。原矿经摇床重选全流程选别后,可获得铅精矿产率5.26%、Pb 42.50%、回收率64.43%; 尾矿铅损失率35.57%的指标,为该矿山选厂设计、综合利用已堆存了多年的中低品位氧化铅矿提供了技术经 济依据。

      In the ore samples the lead sulfide ore is galena, the lead oxide ore is PbSO4 and the oxidation rate of lead is 51.91%, which belongs to lead oxide ore containing high PbSO4. PbSO4 is the refractoty ore. The key technique for the improvement of the recovery of lead is how to achieve the effective recovery of the refractory ore of PbSO4. The contrast test of the four flowsheet of gravity separation by tabling, gravity separation by spiral chute, single flotation and flotation—gravtiy separation by tabling was carried out. At last, the flowsheet of gravity separation by tabling was determined, by which the lead concentrate with the yield of 5.26%, the lead grade of 42.50% and the lead recovery of 64.43% could be obtained and the loss rate of lead in the tailings was 35.57%. This provides technology and economy basis for the design and comprehensive utilization of the middle and low-grade lead oxide ores which stockpiled many years.
